
Simon Schaefer
Angel investor and entrepreneur, CEO and founder of Factory, the Berlin-based co-working space and startup community (2011). He launched the world’s first Startup Europe Summit, the pop-up conference for European startups (2015). Before that he ran his own sneaker boutique Nort in Berlin, as well as the 95 Gallery showcasing street artists such as Futura 2000, Stash and KR. Schaefer has invested in about 50 angel- and seed-stage companies. He has recently relocated to Lisbon, now driving the Portuguese Initiative for Entrepreneurship, Startup Portugal.

Marley Fabisiewicz
Founder and CEO of spaceOS, is an entrepreneur, technologist and digital product strategist with more than 15 years experience in developing and implementing successful digital strategies for technology companies. He founded Upnext Technologies, a software and digital product development agency, designing and engineering successful tailor-made, end-to-end mobile money services in an ever evolving industry. He was editor-in-chief of Lodown Magazine and became the European Marketing Manager for Vans Shoes. He later developed and curated the award winning, Unlike City Guides.

Jędrzej Iwaszkiewicz
Co-founder of The Heart Warsaw, the European center for corporate-startup collaboration, responsible for business development and strategic partnerships. He is a mentor for acceleration programs such as Mind The Bridge, Alfa Ac, Starter, and an expert in bringing corporations and startups together for joint business development. Named as an Influencer by MIT “Innovators Under 35”.

Maciej Markowski
Head of Workplace Strategy at Cushman & Wakefield, carrying out projects both in the CEE and EMEA markets. Previously, he worked as Associate Director in JLL London office with responsibility for workplace strategy and change management for clients from the UK, France, Switzerland and Poland (British Airways, Swiss Re, Firmenich and McCann Worldgroup) as well as for CBRE UK as a Senior Workplace Strategy Consultant for Cisco, Unilever and JP Morgan.

Mikołaj Niemczycki
Negotiator in Cushman & Wakefield’s office team in Poland. He currently works in tenant representation and is project leader of the strategic partnership between C&W and ShareSpace, which aims to provide C&W’s clients and brokers greater access to the rapidly growing flexible office lease market. He specializes in companies from the technology sector and is an active supporter of initiatives related with coworking, proptech and startups in Warsaw. He was part of C&W’s global tech team under Juliette Morgan, one of the foremost real estate experts in the London tech sector.

Robert Chmielewski
Alumni at the University College London in BSc Planning and Real Estate. He gained his real estate experience in financial analysis, working for companies such as Griffin Real Estate, JLL and Arcadis Group. He is an active enthusiast of alternative real estate investment sectors, and property technology. He co-founded ShareSpace, a nation-wide platform for flexible office and meeting spaces that associates professionals with space operators through communication and transaction tools online.
